Important Information Regarding Course Registration and Cancellation Policy

Please carefully read the following information regarding our course registration and cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Policy:

   • Written and confirmed cancellations will be accepted no later than 4 weeks before the start of the course.

   • Cancellations made later than 4 weeks before the start of the course will incur a charge of 50% of the course fee.

   • No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the start of the course. The full course fee will still be due.

2. Deposit:

   • Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

3. Course Fee and Inclusions:

   • The course fee covers all teachings, Q&A sessions, support, and access to the student online classroom platform.

4. Minimum Participants:

   • We reserve the right to require a minimum of 10 suitable participants for the course to proceed. If the minimum number of participants is not met, the course will be canceled, and a full refund including deposit will be issued within 24 hours of notice.

5. Payment Process:

   • The part payment will be automatically charged from the same card you used during registration on the date specified in the payment terms.

   • It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds in your account to cover the payment.

   • Failure to pay the required fee will result in your inability to continue the course.

6. Payment Security:

   • All payments are securely handled by Stripe, a trusted and reliable payment processing system.
