• Admission requires successful completion of either Foundation Pro or Level 1.

• All live sessions are recorded and made available inside the course portal.

• Students have 12 months of access to the certification course materials from the course start date.

• Monthly assignments must be completed in order to receive the Certification Certificate.

• This program requires independent study, reflection, observation, and practical application.

• Your place in the program is reserved once your deposit has been received.

• Your first payment (or full payment, depending on the option selected) is not due until 9 September 2026, one week before the program begins.

Payment Plan Information

By choosing a payment plan, you authorize Nordic Dog Trainer to automatically charge the same payment card used during registration for all future installment payments.

It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available on your card/account on the 9th of each month when the payment is due.

If a payment cannot be processed for any reason, your access to the course, course materials, recordings, community features, and live Zoom sessions will be suspended immediately until the outstanding payment has been successfully completed.

Important Invoice & VAT Information

Please make sure that the billing information entered at checkout is correct.

If you would like your receipt or invoice issued to a company, you must enter the company name and billing details during registration.

Receipts and invoices are generated automatically from the information provided at checkout and cannot be amended after purchase.

Nordic Dog Trainer is a Norwegian registered company. Under Norwegian tax regulations, educational services are exempt from VAT (Value Added Tax). Therefore, VAT is not added to our course fees and will not appear on invoices or receipts.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Your place in the program is reserved upon registration.

• Enrolment may be cancelled up to 4 weeks before the course start date.

• Any deposit paid to reserve your place is non-refundable.

• If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the course start date, all payments become non-refundable.

• Once the program has started, all payments are non-refundable.

• Payment plans are a commitment to the full program fee and cannot be cancelled after the course has started.

• Students may choose to stop participating at any time, but all scheduled payment plan instalments remain due.
